I, ______________________________, hereby enter into this contract with The Tech Belt Energy Innovation Center for the use of the Open Space. I fully understand all rules and regulations governing the use of the facility. I understand that I will be held financially responsible for any damages made to facilities, appliances, furniture, and equipment including cost of repairing any damage to TBEIC furnishings. I further understand that I will be held responsible for the behavior of the group/organization's membership and its guests.
